Our Liver Tonic Tea is a powerful blend of herbs traditionally used to support liver health and overall vitality. This earthy and grounding formula combines Dandelion and Burdock roots to promote healthy digestion and detoxification, Oregon Grape and Yellowdock for their blood-purifying properties, and Milk Thistle to nourish and protect the liver. Echinacea adds immune support, while Chaparral and Licorice root provide additional cleansing and soothing benefits.
How to Use:
Use 1 tablespoon of tea per cup of boiling water. Steep for 10–15 minutes, strain, and enjoy. For a stronger brew, simmer the herbs gently for 15–20 minutes before straining.
Drink 1–2 cups daily for ongoing liver support or as part of a seasonal cleanse.
Dilute with unsweetened pomegranate or grape juice to make more palatable or as a health tonic, in addition, add sparkling water and lime juice to enjoy as a mocktail
