Do you test the quality of your products?

Yes. We use a trusted, paid third-party lab resource to test products whenever possible. This ensures they meet rigorous standards for purity, potency, and safety—so you can feel confident in the quality of what you’re purchasing.

With that being said, please feel free to ask us any questions that you may have about the products we carry!

Where do your herbs come from?

Our herbs are always sourced as organic and fair-trade as possible from around the world. We like to work with reputable herbal companies like Mountain Rose Herbs.

Do you support local herbal suppliers?

Yes. We do our best to support local herbal growers and product makers here on Maui and throughout Hawai‘i, as long as their quality meets our standards. We value partnering with those who share our commitment to sustainability, integrity, and plant-based wellness.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 days after being placed. We ship USPS Flat-Rate throughout the United States of America. Depending on where you live, your package may take anywhere from 3-10 days to arrive. We hand-pack all orders and ship from the middle of the ocean on the island of Maui, so we appreciate your patience!

International Orders: We currently ship within the U.S. only. Please email us if you’re outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order. 

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of purchase for store credit only. Opened items are not eligible for return. All returns must be approved by a store manager and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

What is your pick up policy?

To pick up your order in-store, please select the local pickup option when checking out. We’re happy to hold purchased items for in-store pick-up for up to 10 days. After that, items may be returned to inventory unless other arrangements are made.

Can I work at the Dragon's Den Herb Shop?

We are always accepting resumes and keep them on file in case a position opens up. All of our workers are either licensed, certified, or enrolled in a health-focused modality/program in order to provide a high quality of service.
