Cooling Summer Tea Recipe

Cooling Chinese Summer Herbal Tea
Ingredients:
5 Chrysanthemum flowers
10 Goji Berries
1 dropperful American Ginseng Extract
2 cups water
Directions:
Bring 2 cups of water to a low simmer. Add Goji Berries and Chrysanthemum flowers. Let steep with a lid on for 5 minutes. Strain herbs out, add 1 dropperful of American Ginseng extract and add honey/sweetener to taste if desired. Enjoy a cup with a friend (or save for later!)

Cleanse and Rejuvenate Class - Fall 2024
Our Fall 2024 Cleanse and Rejuvenate class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning September 12th, 2024 and ending October 8th, 2024. Class will be held at UHMC from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
We will cover heavy metal detoxification, mold and parasite eradication, and lifestyle changes for health, anti-aging, and longevity.
