List of foods to support Liver Cleansing
Artichoke
Green veggies: Asparagus, Cucumber, Broccoli-brassica/cruciferous, Celery
Beets
Radishes & Daikon
Watercress
Turmeric/Curcumin
Leafy & Bitter Greens: Mustard, Sorrel, Arugula, Collards, Kale, Romaine, Endive, Dandelion
Barley greens
Burdock (gobo)
Parsley
Garlic & Onion
Chlorophyll, Wheat grasses, Seaweeds & Spirulina (Like Dragon's Den Green Drink)
Sour Fruits: Lemons, Lime, Tangerine, Grapefruit, Crab apple, Sour plums
Fruits: Grapes, Papaya, Mango, Raspberries Tomato
Olives, Olive oil , Sauerkraut, Apple cider vinegar, Molasses, Brewers yeast, Cayenne
Almonds, Sesame seeds/Tahini

Also to support the Liver:
Eat 50 to 80 grams of high quality protein (lower for those with liver dysfunction)
Eat only small amounts of unsaturated fats
Eat small meals, easily digested foods like: endive, collards, dandelion leaves, ginger, fennel, cardamom, steamed veggies, apples, pears
Eliminate sugar, as sugar lowers immune and enzyme activity
To increase enzyme activity, eat foods with sulfur (Garlic, Onions, Broccoli, Cruceriferous vegetables)
