Aloha Dragon's Den family,
It's the beginning of August and summer is in full swing!
Now is a great time to nourish and build before the seasons shift.
As we get the little ones ready to go back to school, we strive to support their immune systems so they can enjoy a healthy school year. And even if you don't have children, it's always a good idea to keep your immune system in top shape.
Read on to see what we recommend for immune support!

Can we really talk immune system support without mentioning how important gut health is?
Recent studies have proven that up to 70 percent of our immune system actually resides in the gut as Gut Associated Lymphoid Tissue (aka GALT).
So what's the first thing that you can do to improve your gut health?
Watch what you eat, of course!
This is where YOU get to decide on the status of your gut's microbiome and your overall health.
Wheat, sugar, dairy, and processed foods are not worthwhile foods for a healthy and flourishing microbiome.
