Enjoy this salty and nutrient-dense snack and condiment in a variety of ways. Wakame seaweed leaves can be added to soups, stews, and grain dishes – simply soak, add to water that’s been brought to a simmer and let cook for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, the seaweed leaves can be left whole in dishes or cut up as flakes.
