Vata consists mainly of the element of air, is basically cold, dry, light and mobile in attributes. Therefore, it is treated with a therapy which is warming, moistening and nutritive. How to brew: Bring fresh water to a boil or just under the boiling point. Add 1 Tbsp. serving of loose leaf Vata tea to one 8-oz. cup of hot water. Allow tea to steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove and strain the tea leaves. Sip and enjoy, and let any stress melt away.
