Want to live pain-free and keep your inflammation in check? This grounding spice mix consists of turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper and makes a tasty “golden milk”. In Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, such pungent and spicy herbs were found to be helpful aides for digestion.


Instructions: Use 1.5 tsp mixed with 1 cup of water, bring water to a boil, turn off the heat and let sit for 10 minutes with a lid on. Add 1 cup of alternative milk and sweetener to taste. Suggested use: Drink 1 cup warmed 3 times daily.

    Bought this to help with a broken foot (resulting in a lot of inflammation). I definitely noticed a difference in my inflammation levels when I drank this mix 1-3 times a day. I skipped the long preparation process and simply added a teaspoon to a mug with some hot water and a half teaspoon of oil, and it seemed to work just as well.
